The first ABTA agent to go bust in 2004 is based in suburban London. ABTA says the two branches of Advance Holidays Ltd, in Surbiton and Enfield, have been closed. But all efforts to contact the company have so far been unsuccessful. It was consequently pronounced a financial failure on Tuesday. Clients need to contact the ABTA Claims department on 020 7307 2041.
