The agency owned by ex-Advantage Travel Centres president Roger Smith has gone bust.
Amersham-based EST Travel Ltd, which also traded under the name of Click2Travel, ceased trading on December 31.
It was owned and run by Roger Smith, who is a leading figure in the industry having undertaken the role of Advantage president for ten years. He handed over the presidency this year to Peter Reglar.
EST Travel was the 29th agency to go bust in 2004, which compares to 31 in 2003, 31 in 2002, and 37 in 2001.
