ABTA’s new look website can be tailored to members
Agents and operators can now customise ABTA’s website to their business needs after the organisation revamped its online offering.
abta.com has a new look and feel, clearer navigation and enhanced search capability.
Members will have access to guidance notes on business issues, operational updates, destinations information and Travel Industry Partners’ exclusive offers and discounts.
When users sign-in to the password protected area, they will have the ability to customise what they see to ensure they get the information most relevant to their business and areas of interest.
The new site features an expanded and improved consumer zone – Go Travel – to appeal more broadly to consumers, offering them travel tips before they go on holiday and when they are away, as well as highlighting the benefits of booking with an ABTA member.
Victoria Bacon, Head of Communications ABTA said: "Our website is one of the key contact points we have with our Members, and consumers so it’s very important that it enables us to provide news, information and services in a timely and user-friendly way."
ABTA Members will need to register on the new site in order to access the information in the Member Zone. Information on how to register can be found here
