ACCOR upgrades meeting capability

ACCOR North America says it has upgraded its meeting and conference business by implementing Passkey.

ACCOR has agreed to put in Passkey, an online group reservations management solution, in 17 of its key properties in North America and Canada.

Properties that will offer the new online meeting and management tool include Sofitel Chicago Water Tower, Sofitel Los Angeles, and Novotel New York, among others.

ACCOR says Passkey will streamline the overall group reservations management process and automate the rooming list management process. The new system should also drive incremental revenues from the up-selling of room types and hotel facilities, according to ACCOR.
