Advantage appoints new auditors
Advantage Travel Centres has appointed accountancy firm Deloitte as company auditors following a review and tendering process involving five companies.
The selection process was managed by the Advantage Audit Committee, which comprises members of both the central executive team and elected non-executive directors.
The committee unanimously chose Deloitte.
Advantage finance director Noel Mansell said: "As the value and scale of the Advantage business continues to grow, it is important we establish partner relationships with organisations that have the expertise to support us with our ambitious development plans.
"Overall, the quality of the Deloitte organisation was a key factor in the decision-making process."
The recommendation to appoint Deloitte was approved by the main Advantage board and the appointment takes place with immediate effect.
