Political commentator and former Sunday Times editor Andrew Neil is to make a return to the Advantage Travel Centres annual conference.
He will speak at the Advantage Conference in Lucerne on May 21-23 folliwng his involvement at last year’s event at Heathrow.
It is the first time the consortium has invited the same keynote speakers two years running.
He received a score of 89% excellent in the post-conference questionnaire last year.
Advantage sales and marketing director Colin O’Neill said: “As we are likely to have wrapped up the general election by the time of the conference, it will be interesting to see how many of Andrew’s predictions have come true, what his current views are on the economy and the impact the results of the general election will have on us all.”
Neil, chairman of The Spectator, said: “I thought the delegates I spoke to at the 2009 Advantage conference were a great bunch of people and I am delighted to have the opportunity to address the 2010 conference, particularly as I am trading Heathrow for Lucerne.
“Since I last spoke, the economic landscape has continued to change at a pace and I am grateful to be able to present my personal interpretation of what has happened and what I predict will happen in the future.”
