Advantage launches consultancy services
Advantage Travel Centres is launching a consultancy services scheme to business travel members and other industry stakeholders.
Lead by director of business travel Norman Gage, Advantage Consultancy Services will offer business diagnostics, business improvement planning, continuity planning, human resources advice, finance guidance and training.
In additional, Gage will also extend its Advantage Managed Services (AMS), currently only available to leisure members, to business travel agents.
AMS provides front and back office systems, merchant facilities, central payments and broadband. The model will be adapted for business travel members to enable AMS4BT members to focus more on servicing clients, marketing and new business, said Advantage.
In other changes within the corporate travel team, Steve Murray has become head of focus operations taking over day-to-day management of the Focus Partnership supported by David Jackson who has become business operations manager.
Norman Gage and Steve Murray report to corporate director Ken McLeod.
