Advantage launches Wellness Wednesdays – with tips from kids
Advantage has launched a video to kick off its new initiative, Wellness Wednesdays, to help members working from home to juggle work and family life.
The consortium has partnered with wellness company Live More Offline and will host a Digital Wellbeing and Covid-19 webinar by its founder Alex La Vie next Tuesday at 12.30pm.
Director of leisure Kelly Cooke said the webinar, for which members need to register, will provide tips on practical changes members can make ‘to create a more happy, healthy and productive day’.
This webinar will provide guidance on how to: create a healthy balance of time online and offline; increase connection and reduces loneliness and isolation; enhance focused work in a home-working environment; reduce stress and anxiety triggered by social media and news sites and improve sleep quality.
In the meantime, Advantage’s first Wellness Wednesdays video includes some top tips from children on working from home, such as don’t spend you day in your PJs and don’t drink too much wine.
