Advantage releases details of turn of the year campaign

Thursday, 18 Dec, 2014 0

Advantage Travel will launch its turn of the year campaign on January 5, two weeks after The Travel Network Group, which announced yesterday that its campaign will launch on December 22.

The Advantage campaign, which will run for two months, will have the strapline ‘we’ll help you bring your holiday ideas to life’.

Offers will include free child places, single traveller offers, two weeks of the price of one and low deposits.

Business development director Colin O’Neill said Advantage wanted to keep details of the low deposit scheme under wraps for the time being ‘owing to competitive sensitivities’.

Advantage said it was unable to launch its campaign any earlier than January 5 as it was dependent on its tour operator partners providing it with competitive offers.

Its campaign will include direct mail and door drop campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers and attracting new ones, plus point of sale material such as offer squares and banners as well as downloadable posters.
