Specialist operator to China, Wendy Wu Tours, has opened a dedicated online training programme for agents.
The ‘Wuniversity’ is designed to provide an easy to use training course on China and Indochina in five modules.
The training course is provided by the Online Training Company.
Agents who successfully complete all five courses will receive a toy panda and be entered into a draw to win one of six places on an educational trip to China.
Managing director Laurence Hicks said: “We all know the importance of training for agents and the launch of Wuniversity is an important step forward for us.
“We wanted to demonstrate to agents how serious we are about supporting them and increasing their knowledge so they can make more sales.
“We’ve launched it at the same time as our new Indochina brochure as we know this is an area that is new to us and we want agents to be able to get up to speed with the region as quickly as possible.”
