Colorado has launched a dedicated trade Facebook page to interact with and assist travel agents. The page has information, updates on regular news, selling tips and trade incentives. Agents who become a ‘friend’ on July 4th will get the chance to win a solar powered rucksack from Crosskase worth £140.
Holidaymakers going to Miami can celebrate 4th July, and the rest of the month, with some pampering. Miami Spa Month started on 1 July with special treatments at discount prices. Adventure travel specialist Explore is offering £250 off its Yosemite and Grand Canyon tour leaving on August 18. At a new price from £2,826 per person, the 19-night tour visits Yosemite, Zion and Arches national parks as well as San Francisco and Las Vegas. It includes return flights, transport, accommodation and a tour leader.
Morgans Hotel Group has created a special Olympian package for July 27-30 at its hotels in New York, Boston, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles. From $320 (£206) per night, each Olympian package includes a 2breakfast of champions2 and access to one of two high impact workout regimes during their stay.
