AIME’s key partnerships boost numbers
AIME Hosted buyer numbers for the 2014 edition of AIME (Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo) are 46% ahead of where they were this time last year.
Jacqui Timmins, exhibition director at AIME and CIBTM (China Incentive, Business Travel and Meetings Exhibition), said strong key partnerships were boosting AIME’s appeal.
She said AIME has been working to tap into new audiences via its ambassadors, who are located around the globe.
"Ambassadors are senior-level industry professionals whose role is to identify and invite key clients from their region, and the key markets they work in, to attend AIME as a hosted buyer."
The AIME hosted buyer programme is 90% larger than any other in Australia, organisers say.
AIME will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on February 18-19, 2014.
