Air Astana recognised again in SkyTrax Awards
Kazakhstan flag carrier Air Astana has retained its 4 Star service rating by SkyTrax as the ‘Best Airline in Central Asia and India’ for the sixth year running.
It was also recognised as the ‘Best Airline Staff Service in Central Asia/India’ for the fifth time during the annual awards ceremony at the Paris Air Show.
Air travellers are surveyed annually about airline experience across a range of criteria including check-in, board procedure, seat comfort, cabin cleanliness, food and beverages, in-flight entertainment and overall staff service.
"We deeply appreciate the enormous support shown by our customers in the Skytrax survey and will continue to strive for even higher standards in the future," said Air Astana CEO Peter Foster.
The SkyTrax survey covered more than 200 global airlines.
