Air France gives passengers Time to Think
Air France has launched a “Time to Think” e-service for economy passengers that holds a reservation until a customer is sure they want the flight.
Air France website users can hold a fare for up to 14 days. Those who decide to buy will then automatically get their boarding pass 30 hours before departure. If they don’t buy the ticket, it will be cancelled when the 14 days expire.
The service starts from £10.
General manager Air France KLM UK and Ireland Henri Hourcade said: “Whether it’s business or leisure, we know that people’s travel plans can change which is why we’ve launched our “Time to Think” period. Having the option to reserve the best European flights and fares saves our customers time and money.”
