Air France with direct flights between Los Angeles, New York and the French Riviera
Air France will again fly to Nice from Los Angeles and New York this spring… but only on a temporary basis. Air France will effectively launches these non-stop flights to the French Riviera for the Cannes Film Festival and Cannes Lions Festival.
The special flights will give travelers from the US the opportunity to discover the French Riviera in spring and enjoy the excitement of its famous international film festival. In June, there will also be special flights between New York-JFK and Nice, for the Cannes Lions Festival, taking place from June 22 to 26, 2026.
Flights can already be booked to the following schedule for Los Angeles – Nice flights (in local time):
- May 11, 2026: flight AF041 – leaves Los Angeles at 14:00, arrives in Nice at 10:35 the following day;
- May 25, 2026: flight AF040 – leaves Nice at 13:15, arrives in Los Angeles at 16:30 the same day.
Flight schedule for New York-JFK – Nice flights (in local time) are the following:
- June 20 and 21, 2026: flight AF043 – leaves New York-JFK at 16:30, arrives in Nice at 10:35 the following day;
- June 25 and 26, 2026: flight AF042 – leaves Nice at 12:00, arrives at New York-JFK at 15:00 the same day.
Flights will be operated by a Boeing B777-300ER equipped with La Première product. Starting in July 2026, all flights to New York-JFK and Los Angeles will be operated by aircraft equipped with the new La Première suites.
In a further development, Air France will also offer two round-trip charter flights on December 11 and 15 linking Paris Charles de Gaulle to New Orleans with a Boeing B777-300ER aircraft.
