Air India first in India to roll out NDC bookings
Air India has gone live with the integration of the New Distribution Capability (NDC), marking the first Indian airline to do so.
Air India’s NDC adoption means greater access to a wider range of real time airline fare offers and services, from flight packages to ancillary products.
It adds up to more personalised and cost efficient interactions with its travel partners.
“Implementing NDC is a significant milestone for Air India. Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient booking experience for our travel partners and customers,” said Nipun Aggarwal, Chief Commercial Officer, Air India.
NDC fare content unlocks a more streamlined, transparent booking process across all sales channels.
