Malaysian-based budget carrier AirAsia will launch services to Paris on Valentine’s Day next year – the airline’s second European destination after London.

The airline’s long haul affiliate AirAsia X will fly four times weekly from Kuala Lumpur to Paris-Orly Airport from February 14.

The airline launched flights to London (Stansted) in March 2009

AirAsia is offering introductory fares on sale from November 22 until sold out for travel between February 14 and November 10, 2011.

AirAsia flies from Australia’s Gold Coast, Melbourne and Perth direct to Kuala Lumpur.

The new Kuala Lumpur – Paris route will be serviced by the Airbus A340 aircraft with 327 passenger capacity, including 18 Premium flatbed seats.
