Airport security lines: biggest beef

Monday, 20 Jan, 2005 0

North American business travelers rated airline security lines as having a higher negative impact than safety or terrorist concerns, according to a new study.

The lines also beat out any concerns about flight delays, customer service or corporate travel policy restrictions, according to first annual “Business Travel Barometer commissioned by Carlson Wagonlit.

The study also found an improved business travel environment.

“All signs point to a healthier business travel environment this year,” said Jack O’Neill, chief operating officer for CWT North America.
