Airport-users want more manicures
So what does the traveling public want from US airports?
Answer: places to get manicures.
That turned up no. 1 when USA Today columnist Harriet Baskas asked readers for their wish list.
“The next most-wished for amenity: accessible and plentiful electrical outlets,” she write.
One former flight attendant and pilot had a list that included courtyards for walking pets and restaurants open 24 hours a day.
How about punching bags for bad moments? That was another suggestion.
Several requests were for bathroom stalls designed to accommodate baggage. Others wanted more storage area besides lockers.
Many travelers just wanted somewhere to find peace and quiet.
