A&K announces new sales director
Abercrombie & Kent has poached its new sales director from Kuoni. Jackie Willis, who has also worked at Transamerica, Canadian Pacific and Laker, took the role of sales director from Sarah Bradley, who left the company at the end of last year to return to London as A&K is located in Cheltenham. Ms Willis was senior sales manager at Kuoni for six of the 12 years she worked for the operator. She said she decided to make the move in order to regain the client and personnel contact you can enjoy with a smaller operator. In a separate recruitment announcement, A&K has appointed Matilda Granville as planning manager of Latin America, the Caribbean and Antarctica. Ms Granville has local knowledge following three years with Steppes Latin America where she was country director. It is hoped her appointment will drive sales in Latin America.
