Alaska Airlines launches frequent flyer Winter Award Sale
After waiving fees for the first checked bag on all flights for frequent flyers through January, Alaska Airlines’ has launched another limited time sweetener for Mileage Plan members.
The carrier has rolled out a Winter Award Sale on selected routes for members with up to 60% less miles required for reward flights.
Discounted mileage rates are available for booking until January 8 for travel from January 6 through March 5.
One-ways start from as little as 5,000 miles for routes including Seattle to Oakland and Salt Lake City to Las Vegas or Los Angeles.
Flights from Oakland to Maui can be had for 12,500 miles.
Taxes and fees are in addition to the redeemed reward miles and full details of applicable routes can be found on Alaska’s website.
