Alaskan return for Crystal Cruises
Crystal Cruises will return to Alaska in April, for the first time since 2005.
A 22-night voyage on Crystal Serenity – the last leg of its World Cruise – will depart Yokohama on April 16 and will call at Dutch Harbor, Kodiak, Seward and Ketchikan.
Celebrity guest lecturer will be actor Richard Dreyfuss, whose films include Mr Holland’s Opus, The Goodbye Girl, American Graffiti, Jaws, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and, most recently, W.
Passengers will go zip lining through the Tongass National Forest, flightseeing above the Misty Fjords and yachting off Kodiak to view the region’s wildlife.
The voyage starts with an overnight in Yokohama and visits Sapporo, Petropavlovsk, Dutch Harbor, Kodiak, Seward, Ketchikan, Vancouver, Victoria and San Francisco before arriving in Los Angeles on May 7.
Prices are from £7,386 per person including return scheduled flights, transfers, 22 nights in a deluxe stateroom with picture window, with all meals and soft drinks, port taxes and basic gratuities.
