Alaska’s Alyeska Resort joins Ikon Pass ski resorts network
Alaska’s Alyeska Resort is joining the Ikon Pass network of winter sports hotspots.
It brings an Alaskan basecamp for Ikon Pass holders beginning winter 2023/24.
Ikon Pass offers access to 56 global destinations and spring skiing at select destinations across North America.
Alyeska Resort is a playground for all levels of skiers and riders, located just 40 miles south of Anchorage in Chugach State Park.
It offers glacier-filled vistas and Northern Lights sightings.
The mountain is home to a 60-passenger aerial scenic tram with panoramic views, 1,610 acres of varied terrain, 76 trails and over 669 inches of snow annually.
There are seven dining experiences, including Seven Glaciers, a AAA Four Diamond Award restaurant with excellent views.
“We are thrilled to expand into Alaska and invite the Ikon Pass community to discover Alyeska Resort,” said Erik Forsell, CMO, Alterra Mountain Company.
“Alyeska Resort is truly an iconic destination with stunning views, a scenic tram and adventurous atmosphere.”
