Alitalia cancels 350-plus flights on Monday
Alitalia has reportedly cancelled more than 350 flights next Monday because of a planned eight-hour strike by its staff. According to the Italian news agency AGI Online, 182 domestic flights, 168 international services and 124 intercontinental routes will have to be cancelled, as well as 64 flights that will be rerouted. It is thought that as many as 18,000 passengers will be affected by the action, which is planned to start on Monday at 10am, Italian time.
