All Leisure warns investors of ship repair bill
All Leisure Group has warned investors that a technical fault on one of its cruise ships will lead to an unspecified one-off cost.
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the Group said a generator problem on the Voyager took longer to rectify than originally anticipated.
Two new crank shafts were fitted to the vessel in dry dock in Bremerhaven to allow it to depart on a scheduled cruise from Ostend yesterday.
While the company said its insurance was expected to cover the cost of the crank shafts, it woulc have to pay an excess covering additional expenses such as refunds to customers and dry dock.
