Families and friends are invited to experience the destination’s heritage landscapes, warm hospitality and unique cultural programming through exclusive seasonal deals.
Visitors can benefit from reduced room rates across several luxury hotels and resorts, making it easier than ever to plan a Ramadan escape in the historic desert destination. Participating accommodations include The Chedi Hegra, Banyan Tree AlUla, Our Habitas AlUla, Dar Tantora The House Hotel, Ashar Tented Resort, Caravan by Our Habitas, Shaden Resort AlUla and Cloud7 Residence AlUla.
For those seeking longer stays — whether to disconnect from city life or work remotely in a striking desert setting — special rates are available for bookings of seven nights or more, with additional discounts offered on extended stays.
Luxury spa and delectable dining deals
Guests can also enjoy exclusive promotions on spa treatments at some of AlUla’s most renowned wellness venues, including Banyan Tree Spa AlUla, Thuraya Wellness at Our Habitas, and the spas at Dar Tantora The House Hotel and Shaden Resort AlUla. During Ramadan, these spas will feature meditation-focused sessions designed to support relaxation, reflection and renewal.
All participating hotels will offer all-day dining alongside daily iftar and suhoor experiences at signature restaurants. Culinary highlights include Tama at Our Habitas, Saffron and Harrat at Banyan Tree AlUla, Joontos at Dar Tantora The House Hotel, Charcood at Cloud7 Residence AlUla and Prima Classe at The Chedi Hegra, among others.
Ramadan activities for everyone
Beyond hotel experiences, AlUla will host a variety of community and cultural activities throughout Ramadan. Visitors can join Iftar Tofareya, a communal iftar gathering held along Incense Road in the AlJadidah Arts District from March 1 to March 29 (5pm to 8:30pm), offering traditional cuisine in a shared community setting.
Daily from 9pm to 2am, Ramadan carts in the AlJadidah Arts District will serve authentic dishes prepared by local families. For a historical perspective, the Memories of Ramadan Night Tour offers a 45-minute torchlit journey through AlUla Old Town, available on Fridays from February 28 to March 28 at 6:45pm and guided by a local Rawi storyteller.
Wellness seekers can attend Harmony at Sunset: A Ramadan Sound Bath Experience on March 14 at 5pm. The program includes breathwork, sunset reflection on the meaning of Ramadan, a sound bath session and concludes with the breaking of the fast.
Special Ramadan rates will also apply to premium heritage and adventure experiences, including the Hegra Vintage Land Rover Tour, Hegra Day Tour, AlUla Old Town Tour, Giant Swing, abseiling, rock climbing and the AlUla Zipline.
Cinema AlJadidah, the destination’s outdoor theater, will host movie screenings throughout the month. Art enthusiasts can also explore immersive exhibitions extending beyond the closing weekend of the AlUla Arts Festival. Located in the AlJadidah Arts District — the destination’s cultural and creative hub — exhibitions will offer extended opening hours during Ramadan, remaining open until midnight.
