Aman introducing first branded residences in Indonesia
Luxury hospitality brand Aman is introducing its first exclusive villas to own in Indonesia.
Situated on the hillside adjacent to the hotel, Amankila Residences will consist of eleven home for sale.
They boast an elevated position overlooking the Lombok Strait.
Amankila Residences will feature large outdoor terraces and infinity swimming pools, as well as a series of pavilions connected by private covered walkways.
Ownership of a villa at Aman Residences at Amankila offers exclusive access to the Aman lifestyle year-round and its amenities
The Amankila resort is situated in east Bali in Karangasem Regency.
Construction of the villas will commence in 2025, with completion set for two years’ time.
Aman first launched branded residences in 1988 with Amanpuri.
Aman now has 13 branded residence locations, with a pipeline of future projects currently under construction including Beverly Hills, Maldives and Dubai.
