Aman resort and residences coming to The Bahamas
Luxury resort brand Aman is checking in to The Bahamas.
The company announced an upcoming development in Exuma, Bahamas called Amancaya.
The island resort will cover two of the Exumas’ private cays comprising a 36-pavilion Aman hotel and fully-serviced Aman Branded Residences.
Aman’s first property in The Bahamas is in partnership with Swiss philanthropist and sportswoman Dona Bertarelli.
It will feature a marina, beach club, a signature Aman Spa and several dining venues.
“The introduction of Aman into The Bahamas is a significant milestone, which has already achieved much success in the Caribbean,” said Vlad Doronin, Chairman and CEO.
“As one of the most coveted locations, Aman guests have long requested our presence there.”
Since launching in the 1980s in Thailand Aman now spans 35 urban hotels, resorts, branded residences and private clubs.
Amancaya, already under construction, will be Aman’s third location in the Caribbean region.
