Aman sets reopening timeline for all resorts

Tuesday, 10 Jun, 2020 0

Luxury resort operator Aman is prepping for a phased reopening of its resort portfolio globally.

Most of the company’s hotels and resorts which span 20 destinations around the world will progressively reopen from mid-June to early August.

A number of resorts have already opened such as Amanyangyun, Amanfayun, Aman Summer Palace and Amandayan, all in China, while Aman Kyoto, Amanoi  in Vietnam and Amansara (Cambodia) all remained open during the pandemic.

US properties Amangani and Amangiri also reopened during the last few weeks.

Aman resorts’ seclusion, privacy and wellbeing are part of Aman’s DNA and are more important than ever in the post-Covid world, it says.

Its design of standalone pavilions with private pools, and low room count makes the brand ‘a blueprint for the future of travel.’

"In navigating this new world, we will continue to place our guests and staff at the centre of everything that we do."
