AmaWaterways unveils new programme with early booking discounts
River cruise line AmaWaterways is offering £400 to £1,000 per person early booking discounts plus free flights and overseas transfers for its 2020 European programme, which includes its new ship AmaSiena, new itineraries and land excursions.
The level of saving varies from month to month with the maximum £1,000 available for departures in March, April, November and December 2020.
Guests booking a Mekong cruise are being offered savings of £400 or £800 per person, depending on the time of year.
The promotion is available for bookings made between September 1 and December 31.
The double-width AmaMagna, which launched earlier this summer, will sail three new itineraries and cruise along the Lower Danube for the first time.
The 156-passenger AmaSiena will join the AmaWaterways’ fleet next July, operating a ‘Treasures of the Main & Rhine’ cruise from Nuremberg to Amsterdam and a ‘Vineyards of the Rhine & Moselle’ from Amsterdam to Luxembourg. Both itineraries will also be offered by AmaDante.
AmaWaterways has also introduced 3 new land extensions, which include luxury accommodation and sightseeing. Guests cruising the ‘Gems of Southeast Europe’ itinerary can now add on three nights in Istanbul pre- or post-cruise, while those joining the ‘Colours of Provence’ itinerary can opt for three nights in Nice.
Guests exploring Asia on a Mekong cruise have the option to spend three nights in Bangkok at the start or end of their trip.
