Amtrak crash leaves three dead
At least three people were killed with dozens more injured in an Amtrak train derailment.
The Los Angeles-Chicago train hit a truck at a crossing near Mendon, Missouri.
There were over 200 passengers on board the train.
Seven cars were derailed
Missouri Highway Patrol officials said two died on the train along with one person in the truck.
At least 50 people were injured, local emergency services said.
If came a day after an Amtrak crash in Brentwood, California, which killed three people.
The National Transportation Safety Board has started an investigation
