And finally….
The Dutch Tourist Board has offered to donate a bike to hapless Tory leader David Cameron whose bike was stolen from outside a supermarket in west London earlier this week.
In a blatant publicity grabbing gesture, the Dutch said it would give Cameron a new, self-locking bike, pointing out that in Holland 16m people ride 12m bikes. A total of 19,000 bikes were reported stole in London last year.
Cameron was said to be ‘pretty hacked off’ when he discovered the theft, which happened as he popped into Tesco’s on Portobello Road, near where he lives. He has appealed for the return of the bike, which he regularly uses to cycle to the House of Commons.
