Another satisfied customer
Activities Abroad has managed to secure an average holiday satisfaction rate of 95.8% from its clients who travelled this summer.
Managing director Alistair McLean said he was surprised by the high rating.
“We thought this year would be tough and that our clients would be more demanding than ever given that they spend a lot of money with us and it’s a big commitment during a recession,” he said.
“So, despite the financial pressures, we made sure that we did everything better than ever during the summer to keep our customers happy. The results are evident from our questionnaire returns. It gives me an immense amount of satisfaction to know that we’ve kept our clients very, very happy despite the tough times.”
