another travel company goes bust
This is also the fault of the UK Govenment that despite a change. Still taxes companies and customers to the hilt. The sham green tax, fuel tax. biZ tax. During these hard time customers are voting with their feet. The holiday comanies esp airlines fleece the customers who have to use the school holidays for a break. Everyone must play their part esp. the UK govenment. get red of these scam taxes. The EU is another problem. Its caused prices to rise to help fund this white elephant. Before spain joined the euro it was cheap and hospitible and you were allowed to bring back duty free. Why do you see more people travling to turkey? Because its not in the EU and still cheap. The over zealus Security where you can’t bring back liquied in your hand luggage. As all helped to destroy these once fab holiday destinations. without the sunshine / beach cheap and relaxed outlook on life these places have nothing to offer. The security at airports are required but this is another con. you can purchase what U like once passed security.
Why don’t I holiday in the UK? weather, cost, and regulations preventing me from taking Pics of my grandkids in the pool. Sadly other eu countries will follow suit. EU AND UK GOVENMENT TAKE NOTE
