ANZ upgrades trade website
Air New Zealand has revamped its European trade website to help agents sell its flights.
The website has been rebuilt with an easier to use navigation system, a quick reference a-z information guide and a downloadable resource library.
It has been designed to emphasise the airline’s Seat Request and Skycouch Upgrade tools so agents can perform these functions without leaving the site.
The airline has also upgraded its consumer website.
General manager Europe Chris Myers said: "The travel trade is a vital sales channel for us here in Europe so we’ve invested in a website that makes life much easier for agents – they’ve got everything in the one place now from product info to upgrade tools".
A series of online training modules will be added later this summer.
The website address is www.airnewzealandtrade.com
