Apple Vacations president Tim Mullen stepping down
Apple Leisure Group is on the hunt for a new Apple Vacations president after Tim Mullen said he would step down at the end of this year.
Mullen will leave at the year-end but will have a ‘transitionary role’ until then.
ALG has already started the search for his successor.
"Tim has been with Apple Vacations for more than 31 years. We will miss his resourcefulness, amazing charisma, and his role as a leader and mentor," said Lynn Torrent, ALG executive vice president.
"Tim has been instrumental in building not only a successful and admired brand but also integral to the birth and success of the Apple Leisure Group."
With a new leadership team in place after the merger with Mark Travel, Mullen says the time is right to leave.
"I’ve been blessed and am thrilled to have been a part of one of the most successful travel companies in the world. I look forward to continuing to work with Apple to help ensure a smooth transition, Mullen said in a release.
