As part of its expansion plans in the region, an exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to join the Corporate Office of a 5-star International hotel chain, based in Singapore as Area F&B Executive, Asia Pacific The Role Responsible for driving all support projects and initiatives for existing hotel operations, monitoring the Business/Financial performance, Quality, and Guest Satisfaction within the F&B department for all hotels in the area, as well as : – Identifies opportunities for quality improvement through the tracking of F&B standards implementation and develops action plans to improve compliance and makes recommendations to enhance standards to be more relevant and competitive. – Monitors Financial KPIs and Guest Satisfaction Results, creates and shares reports with the team and initiates projects to drive performance. – Leads people development initiatives for F&B Management which includes training programs and the coordination of regional workshops. – To monitor Guest Satisfaction results, communicate them to the field, and provide analysis/direction. – To work closely with the purchasing disciplines to ensure the best possible area deals are achieved. The Person Gradudate / Degree in Hospitality with working experience in Asia 2 years post-degree F&B experience in a hotel environment, strong understanding of F&B operations International perspective, analytical, creative, ability to understand/support business opportunites. Critical thinking; ability to analyze information, develop and execute strategies as required. Confident self-starter, proactive, ability to champion and lead projects independently. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English, Mandarin or one other Asian language.
