ATPI creates new role to help personalise technology
Clare Pereira has joined travel and events management business ATPI in the newly-created role of global director of content and customer platforms.
The company said it has created the position to help ‘bolster initiatives around the personalisation of its technology’.
Pereira previously worked for Carlson Wagonlit Travel as digital services director, global product management.
At ATPI she will be based in London and will report into chief innovation and technology officer Ali Hussain,
"Personalisation is one of the hottest topics for our industry," said Hussain.
"Travel technology must be flexible and provide genuine relevance and insight for users. Clare has a sterling reputation for her work in enhancing the client experience and personalisation capabilities of travel management technology products and platforms.
"We are very fortunate to have her on board and her expertise will complement our client offering further."
