Australian Business Travel Association – ABTA
Are you involved in the business of Business Travel?
If so, maybe ABTA could assist you?
ABTA is a not-profit organisation and has represented Australian and New Zealand private and public sector organisations in the pursuit of best practice business travel management since 1995.
The Association has nearly 400 members comprising private and public sector organisations known to ABTA as Buyers plus suppliers to the business travel industry known as Vendors.
The association has member organisations whose total business travel budgets exceed $3 billion in Australia and New Zealand.
Our buyer membership represents small, medium and large enterprises including organisations such as Telstra, Accenture, Lend Lease, AMP, McDonalds Australia, Fletcher Construction New Zealand plus State and Federal Government departments in Australia and New Zealand.
Our vendor members and partners include organisations such as Qantas Airways, Diners Club International, American Express Business Travel and Card, Carlson Wagonlit, Business Travel International (BTI), The Rydges Hotel Group, Accor, Avis, Hertz and Europcar. Many of the business travel technology companies such as Amadeus, Galileo and Sabre Pacific are also members of ABTA.
ABTA’s income is used to cover operating costs and provide improved member benefits and services. We are a not-for-profit organisation that directs all finacial returns back into the organisation for continuous improvement and member benefit.
Our strategy is to move the association forward and become a strong buyer member organisation that will be constantly consulted by industry, governments and regulatory bodies.
ABTA is currently a respected force in Australia and New Zealand and intends to become a respected voice in South East Asia in the not too distant future.
Through our Global Alliances with the USA, Europe and Canada we are recognised as a respected voice in global best practice business travel management.
Have a look at www.abta.com.au and see if we can be of any assistance to your business.
