Avani to debut in Cambodia later this year
Avani Hotels & Resorts will enter the Cambodia market this year with the launch of ‘FCC Angkor – Managed by Avani.’
The hotel will reopen in the second quarter of 2019 following a $7 million revamp which includes the addition of 60 new rooms.
The storied property is one of Cambodia’s best-known hotels, once serving as Siem Reap’s Foreign Correspondence Club.
As well as new and refurbished rooms and suites, FCC Angkor features a brand-new bar, spa, pool, and lounge.
"It signals our ongoing commitment to offering an upscale experience to all intrepid travellers," said Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Avani parent company, Minor Hotels.
FCC Angkor also becomes a member of Preferred Hotels & Resorts.
