Avani to open trio of Vietnam hotels
Minor Hotels Group’s Avani hotel brand has inked a deal to bring three new hotels to Vietnam.
MHG strengthened its collaboration with Vietnam-based Novaland Group to introduce Avani hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau and Cam Ranh.
The Vung Tau property will be the first to open later this year.
Avani Vung Tau Resort features 149 rooms.
The 217-key Avani Saigon will form part of a 38-storey mixed-use complex and is slated for a 2021 opening.
Avani Cam Ranh Resort & Villas opens at the end of 2022 and will have 300 rooms and suites, as well as 315 private villas.
It will also feature an all-day dining restaurant, a bistro, a beach club and meeting space.
"Avani is one of our fastest growing brands, and we are pleased to be working with Novaland Group to develop three properties in Vietnam," said Dillip Rajakarier, CEO of Minor Hotels.
Avani has 24 hotels open across 15 counties and a development pipeline of 15 new hotels.
