Avis Budget appoints new international commercial manager
Avis Budget Group (ABG) EMEA has announced the appointment of Maria Pierce as international commercial manager in the leisure and partnerships team based at the company’s Bracknell, Berkshire headquarters.
In her new role Maria is responsible for the Avis Budget portfolio of pan European and UK global leisure accounts and maximising revenue via the intermediary distribution channels, including travel agents and tour operators.
Maria was previously the global marketing manager for the ABG North American team managing global marketing and website campaigns and prior to that she was an account support manager.
Maria’s predecessor Lynette Dungey moves within the ABG leisure and partnerships team to become international partnerships manager, global travel and partnerships.
