BA increases Manchester flights
British Airways is launching flights out of Manchester to
Copenhagen.
The carrier will operate two flights a day between the two cities from October 26.
BA hopes to attract UK-based business travellers with its early morning Manchester departure and late night return. The flight will be operated by BA CitiExpress
Lead-in return fares start at £139 including taxes and airport charges.
The news is a boost to Manchester Airport. Managing director, John Spooner said: “Over the last year British Airways has expanded its route network from Manchester – adding Vienna, Venice and Bologna. This increasing range of scheduled services combines with fares, which are more competitive than ever, to offer the most attractive range of business and leisure flights that Manchester Airport has ever had.”
