BA is working on dynamic packaging project
British Airways is working on a dynamic packaging project, but is refusing to disclose details.
The airline’s plans were revealed in a press announcement by British Airways Holidays about partnering with AO to input, manage, edit, and distribute content for its website.
According to the announcement, the next phase for British Airways Holidays and AO will be “implementing brochure
production and integrating AO Campaign with British Airways’ planned dynamic packaging solution”.
But when questioned about these plans by Travelmole, BA Holidays project manager Mark Evennett said neither BA Holidays or the airline itself would disclose further details.
“We are not at liberty to disclose any more about it at this stage. More details will be disclosed in the not too distant future,” he explained.
When pressed, he confirmed that this would be a matter of months, not weeks.
