BA parent faces ‘shareholder revolt’ over top executives’ pay awards

British Airways’ parent company IAG is facing an investor revolt next week over pay awards to its top executives, says Sky News. It claims a number of the firm’s major shareholders are planning to vote against its remuneration report at its annual general meeting on Monday following a recommendation by the influential voting advisory agency, Institutional Shareholder Services.
