British Airways has raked in more than £100 million after selling its one third stake in the London Eye to the Tussauds Group.
Completion of the deal follows a memorandum of understanding signed between the two parties in November.
BA will continue its brand association with the Eye, which has drawn 20 million visitors since opening in 2000, by extending its franchise agreement.
