Berkeley Travel and Limerick Travel roll-out Dolphin selling platform
Berkeley Travel and Limerick Travel have extended their relationship with Dolphin Dynamics by deploying the travel technology supplier’s selling platform.
Both travel companies are existing users of the Dolphin back-office system and have further invested in order to roll-out an end-to-end sales and booking management system. The integrated platform will drive greater sales productivity and streamline processes across the companies’ leisure and business travel operations.
The extended solution will provide live search and booking capability across hundreds of flight, accommodation and other ground suppliers. With Berkeley Travel also selling their directly contracted travel products using Dolphin’s integrated product database.
Andrew Bezhenar, Director at Berkeley Travel commented, "Dolphin has joined-up our sales and back-office operations, which saves us a huge amount of time and is therefore key to helping us grow sales". With Peter Brazil, Managing Director at Limerick Travel adding, "We’re relatively new to Dolphin but we couldn’t work without it now. Our customers and staff are delighted with the efficiency gains we’ve achieved."
Andy Mills, Head of Sales and Marketing at Dolphin Dynamics, said: "We are very pleased Berkeley Travel and Limerick Travel have chosen to extend our technology partnership. Joining-up front and back-office processes drives efficiency for travel companies by removing duplicated and manual processes. This ultimately reduces the cost of sale whilst enhancing customer service, both of which are central to achieving profitable business growth."
