BANGKOK – Best Western has opened its first hotel in Laos.
The capital city Vientiane property is the first of a planned network of BW hotels around Laos.
“What Best Western offers is just right for what the market needs and that is upper class accommodation with international standards and quality service,†said Rashane Sala-Ngarm, BW international development manager Asia.
Best Western vice president international operations Asia, Glenn de Souza, said Laos had become an increasingly attractive tourist destination and had considerable potential to develop much further.
Best Western International is working on plans to open hotels in the key Laos destinations of Luang Prabang, Champasak, Xien Khouang and Bokeo within three years.
