Betton to leave ABTA
ABTA’s head of corporate affairs Keith Betton is to leave the organisation after 20 years.
He is to set up his own public relations company after completing this year’s ABTA Convention in Athens in November.
Betton said he intended to work primarily on his own projects with a small number of clients.
“Over the last year or two several existing compaies have approached me to help them to grow their business portfolios and so I will announce more news about some commercial alliances over the nest few months, ” he said.
He said he had given the association plenty of notice so his successor could be found in good time for a proper hand over and meet people at the convention.
