Bmi carryings up 9% in September
Bmi group airlines saw passenger carryings rise nine per cent last month over September 2003.
They carried 959,704 passengers during September 2004. In the rolling 12 months ending 30 September 30, the total number of passengers carried was 10.3 million, a 13% rise on the 12 months ending September 30, 2003.
Bmi’s mainline, long haul and regional services saw passengers numbers up by 4.5% in the month to 644,103, while bmibaby saw a 19.3% increase to 315,601.
